Policies PRICING Additional fees for servers and chefs will apply. Fee will be based on menu, setup and complexity of the event. Service charge is taxable in the state of Florida. INCLUDED IN YOUR SITE FEE Your site fee will include: 72” round dinner tables, white folding chairs with padded seats, high-top cocktail tables, and your choice of basic poly linen tablecloths and napkins. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS An initial non-refundable deposit is due at time of signing in the amount of 25% of your approved quote, alongside the signed contract, and will be applied to your nal balance. A second payment of 50% of the estimated remaining balance is due ninety (90) days prior to the event. Final payment for the remaining total balance is due 30 days prior to the event. All payments are accepted in the form of credit card or cash. FOOD AND BEVERAGE GUARANTEE A food and beverage minimum will apply for your event depending on the size and scope of your event, and the requested date. A rm guarantee of attendance must be given to the catering/sales department fourteen (14) days prior to your event. 20

ADDITIONAL FUNCTION TIME For events lasting over ve hours, the site fee may be adjusted to reflect additional time. If you decide to extend your function past the initial time allotted for your event you will be subject to additional charges. Noise ordinance is 10:00 p.m. for the Atlantic Patio.MENUS Your menu selections and event details must be nalized within thirty (30) business days of your event. Menu prices are subject to change based on uctuations in market pricing. Kids meals are available at a cost of $35 per person for those 13 years old and under. Vendor meals will be provided at a cost of $45 each. Vendor meals will be chef’s choice of entrée. Our chefs are more than happy to customize a menu for you. If you have something in mind that you don’t see, don’t hesitate to ask! WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN All clients are responsible for securing a minimum of a 20’x40’ tent for use in the event of bad weather. The decision of whether or not the tent will be put up will be made no less than 24 hours in advance of your event start time. All clients are responsible for the 30% deposit to hold the tent as well as the remaining 70% cost in the event the tent is needed. Needed tent size may increase based on the size of the event. 21
